We stand behind every product that leaves our factory.

If you discover a defect with one of our products, we will replace such product
FREE OF CHARGE.
It is the responsibility of the consumer to end the use of the product and immediately report the manufacturing flaw. The continued use of a defective product will further damage the item and may nullify the warranty.
This warranty excludes regular wear and tear, nor is it valid for products that have been modified, resoled, or repaired.

For products purchased within the US, please contact lifetime@madrockclimbing.com to initiate a warranty claim.

Our warranty team can only process claims for Mad Rock products purchased within the United States.
