    We strive to offer excellent service and flexible shipping services.

    - By default, US orders are shipped FedEx Ground!

    - Orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.

    - Shipping may take up to 5 business days.

    - Expedited orders must be placed by 1 pm Pacific Standard Time to ship same day.

    - Crash Pads are ineligible for overnight shipping.

    - Crash pads may only be shipped to residential or business address. For PO BOX and APO please call for pricing.

    - By default, packages will be sent without signature service for the customer's convenience. By using shipping without signature service, recipients are giving permission to leave their packages at the front door. Customers have the option to request signature service for an additional $2.75.*

    - Mad Rock cannot be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages once it leaves the warehouse. **

    - It is the recipient's responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery address.

    - Incorrect or changes to the shipping address after the package has left the warehouse will be subjected to a service charge and cannot be guaranteed.

    -Standard Overnight/Priority not available in select areas.  Please call Fed Ex customer service at 1-800-463-3339 to verify if your area is eligible for these shipping options.

    -If a package is returned due to the refusal by the recipient or insufficient address – recipient will be charged appropriate charges.


    International Orders

    - International customers can choose between two shipping methods: standard international or international with tracking.

    - Standard International orders are shipped using FIMS (FedEx International Services). FIMS contracts destination country's postal service and it does not provide tracking once it exits the United States. Packages shipped FIMS are not insured. Mad Rock is not responsible for loss or damaged packages sent using Standard International FIMS.

    - International with Tracking orders are shipped using FedEx. The tracking number is provided and is insured for the invoiced amount.

    * Signature Service is recommended if you do not want packages left at front door.



    **In the case of damages or packages lost in transit please contact us at 562.944.8081. We will contact the carrier and file a claim so that this issue may be resolved in a quick manner. If the package is stolen after delivery the responsibility falls on the recipient.
