Shipping policy

We strive to offer excellent service and flexible shipping options.

SHIPPING STANDARDS

US orders that fit into a shoe box ship via FedEx 2-Day Express Paks by default.

Orders before 11 AM PST will be shipped the same day. 

All other orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Delivery may take up to 5 business days.

Packages are sent without signature service by default for your convenience. By choosing this option, the shipping provider has permission to leave packages at your front door.

You can request signature service for an additional $2.75.

EXPEDITED/OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

To expedite the shipping of your order, please contact us in order to receive a quote for shipping. 

Expedited orders must be placed by 1 PM PST to ship the same day.

Standard Overnight/Priority shipping is not available in select areas. Please call FedEx customer service at 1-800-463-3339 to verify if your area is eligible for these options.

CRASH PADS

Crash pads are not eligible for overnight shipping.

Crash pads may only be shipped to residential or business addresses. We cannot ship crash pads to PO boxes or APOs.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Incorrect addresses or changes requested after the package has shipped will incur a service charge and cannot be guaranteed.

If a package is returned due to recipient refusal or an insufficient address, you will be charged appropriate fees.

DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES

Mad Rock is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse.

If your package is lost/damaged, please contact us and we will contact the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue quickly.

You are responsible for providing a safe and secure delivery address. If your package is stolen after delivery, the responsibility falls on the recipient.

Incorrect addresses or changes requested after the package has shipped will incur a service charge and cannot be guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently do not ship internationally from our US warehouse.
