FedEx Ground: Orders containing multiple items larger than a single shoe will arrive in 3-5 business days

Returns Made Simple

To qualify for a return, items must be postmarked and shipped out to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days from the purchase date and be in unused, new condition.

Please note we currently do not accept returns for crash pads, load bearing gear, or orders placed in the UK.

If you discover a defect, we will replace the product FREE OF CHARGE. It is the responsibility of the consumer to end the use of the product and immediately report the manufacturing flaw. Shipping has been terrible. I am still waiting on package that was originally supposed to be delivered Saturday. I should have just bought the shoes at the climbing gym in would have already had them and itv would have cost less money. The delay has already cost me extra money as I have had to pay for rentals for 2 kids 3 times since the shoes were "supposed" to arrive. Definitely will not order from here again.

I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed in how your shoes have been shipped. In looking at your tracking number, it appears your package was delayed due to weather. Sizing is off. A size 3 should fit my daughter, but they are way too small. Returns only, can not exchange for a different size. Will return and order from elsewhere. Customer service is decent.
