Premium Carrier
Do away with those clunky straps and ropes to attach another pad for carrying. The built in carrier flap easily carries another pad behind it and becomes the protector flap when the pad is in use. In anticipation of the added weight to the system, we’ve constructed the pad with a robust suspension system that boasts soft molded EVA. Comes with other premium features such as a welcome mat, water bottle holder, load lifters and the excess strap pouch.
The 2024 Duo Pad is built with removable, adjustable, plush backpack straps for a comfier carry. More female velcro strips also allow the pads to be connected and configured in various ways to maximize fall-zone coverage.
Every Duo Pad will also come with a detachable (16"x12"x0.25") Madgic Carpet for scraping dirt off your shoes at the base of the climb. Or, it can be used as a nice sitting mat while you sit and relax before your send go!

Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be postmarked and shipped out to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days from the purchase date and be in unused, new condition.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
If you discover a defect, we will replace the product FREE OF CHARGE. It is the responsibility of the consumer to end the use of the product and immediately report the manufacturing flaw. The continued use of a defective product may nullify the warranty. This warranty excludes regular wear and tear, nor is it valid for products that have been modified, resoled, or repaired.
