We are committed to finding sustainable solutions to reduce our impact on the environment and in 2024 we've transitioned all of our products made with polyester to recycled polyester. 

The 2024 Mad Pad is built with removable, adjustable, plush backpack straps for a comfier carry. More female velcro strips also allow the pads to be connected and configured in various ways to maximize fall-zone coverage.

Every 2024 Mad Pad will also come with a detachable (16"x12"x0.25") Madgic Carpet for scraping dirt off your shoes at the base of the climb. Or, it can be used as a nice sitting mat while you sit and relax before your send go!

Ground shipping only. Crash pads are ineligible for overnight shipping. To ensure our ability to offer a flat shipping rate, no exchanges or returns will be accepted. We only ship to the lower 48 states. Whitewater GP - no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO's or P.O. boxes.

FedEx Express: Orders that fit into a single shoe box will arrive in 2-3 business days.

FedEx Ground: Orders containing multiple items larger than a single shoe will arrive in 3-5 business days

Orders placed before 11:00AM PST (M-F) normally ship same day.

Returns Made Simple

To qualify for a return, items must be postmarked and shipped out to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days from the purchase date and be in unused, new condition.

Please note we currently do not accept returns for crash pads, load bearing gear, or orders placed in the UK.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

If you discover a defect, we will replace the product FREE OF CHARGE. It is the responsibility of the consumer to end the use of the product and immediately report the manufacturing flaw. The continued use of a defective product may nullify the warranty. This warranty excludes regular wear and tear, nor is it valid for products that have been modified, resoled, or repaired.
