ASSISTANT RETAIL MANAGER

START DATE: ASAP

We are looking for someone to help champion our retail store and board room at the Mad Rock HQ. This individual will be an integral part of the team that will aid us in growing our offerings and sales at HQ. Read below to see if you'd be a good fit!

DAILY OPERATIONS

Ensure daily operations run smoothly. Opening and closing. Key holding. Scheduling. Reordering supplies.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Engaging with customers to create the best possible experience for all who enter the store. Create authentic connections with customers and their experiences. Positively enforce store policies while making sure the customer feels heard.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Taking counts on goods, consolidating stock to make room for incoming product, returning stock to the shelves, etc. Receive incoming product.

MERCHANDISING

Keeping the store fresh by rotating displays.

MOTIVATING AND SUPERVISING THE TEAM

It's management's responsibility to check in with their team and make sure they continue to be motivated and positive at work. It is the management team's responsibility to make sure they have an effective and happy team working with them.

HOUSEKEEPING

Keeping the store and gym clean by assisting/delegating cleaning tasks to associates.

SALES

Reporting daily sales to superiors and communicating important customer feedback.
