Returns Made Simple

To qualify for a return, items must be postmarked and shipped out to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days from the purchase date and be in unused, new condition.

One of the best shoes I’ve owned. I have the Drone 2.0s and I wanted something a little more aggressive. And the absolutely checked all the boxes. Don’t get me started on the rubber on these shoes either! I do have to say, breaking them in can be painful if you downsized. But trust the process, it’ll be worth it.

I've never had a shoe fit me so perfectly. This shoe is awesome for comfort, performance, and any sort of indoor gym climbing. The heel is insane, I genuinely have not had a better heel hook in my life. The only complaint I have is that I wish the toe patch covered the entire toe box, but other than that, man these shoes are awesome.

Why did I not make the switch sooner! I have fun feet. Thin ankles, wide toe box, Greek, finger length toes, shallow heel. Needless to say, I struggle with sizing and fit. These are so far the best I have come across.

Great shoe. Went for a size 7.5 I am a street size 8. Feels a good tight after using them in for about three sessions each like 1 hour and a half long. Still breaking them in. On my right foot so far feels good. My left foot kinda tight kinda hurts( I believe the pain will go away after a few more sessions). Overall awesome shoe. Only downside is i can’t bring them to bootcamp.

Shoes have been great so far. Recomend high volume for anyone with a wider foot. They recommend you buy your street shoe size, but i went a half size down and they are quite comfortable after I put them in the oven for 5 minutes.

These are by far my favorite climbing shoes, they work well for bouldering, sport, indoor and out. Very versitile, I have had one pair for about 8 months that is still going strong.

Love the performance of the shoes! As far as comfort I sized up a full size from street shoe because i dont like my toes folding and my toes are still scrunched up in there. Not as comfortable as my scarpa instincts but great price and great performance!

About 3 sessions to break in a pair .75-1 size below street shoe. Very nice. Have yet to get on climbs that utilize the heel, but the rubber is great.

Great shoe, after break in. The rubber is extremely sturdy and sticky. Shoe is true to size when compared to European companies. The heel is insanely great, and the rubber is fantastic.

Personally i have an odd foot shape and many other shoes have not worked well for me but the madrocks “molded” to my foot and as an added bonus the rubber is super tacky being able to push through your feet better!

I bought half a size down, if you’re going for a much tighter fit I’d go with halfsize down. May be heel slipping later on with shoe if you upsize, shoe street size would be perfect fit if you are looking for comfortably over performance.
