Train for climbing with Olympian and 2023 IFSC World Cup Champion, Mickael Mawem. He'll take you through everything he does to stay sending.
Expect everything from pull-up circuits to board climbing. We request that you show up 30 minutes early to warm-up. Please note, this will be an intense training session.
